Lavender

Lavender’s natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties boost skin restoration and rejuvenation, fight bacteria and reduce flare ups of acne. Lavender tea also reduces stress and anxiety and supports the immune system.

Chamomile

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties which boost skin health by eliminating bacteria and reducing inflammation caused by acne.

Calendula

Calendula contains antioxidants, including terpenes, flavonoids, polyphenols, and carotenoids. Brewing in hot water releases these antioxidants which reduce inflammation and stimulates blood flow to skin cells.

Yarrow

Yarrow has phytonutrients which aid with lowering the secretion of corticosterone, a hormone that increases during stress and is a common cause of acne.

Active Ingredients

Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula, Yarrow

Application

Add one teabag to 275ml of hot, freshly boiled water. Leave to brew for 2-3 minutes (or longer for a stronger infusion). Drink one to two cups per day hot or cold.
